Tomorrow the world!!!!!
Hi guys, I am putting news items into the various groups around the web but wanted to let you all know directly about an expansion of Sloppy Jalopy. This is the official announcement: Sloppy Jalopy are very proud to announce that they have bought the superb range of 1/56th modern vehicles produced by Ian Crouch of Chieftain Models. As well as being the founder and owner of Chieftain, Ian has also been the main designer of the Sloppy Jalopy modern range so obviously there will be complete compatibility between the two ranges. Ian had recently sold Chieftain, but new owner Duncan Hamilton does not feel that he is able to dedicate the time necessary to making the business a success and has very kindly allowed us to buy the company. We are currently in the process of sorting out moulds and masters and hope to start the re-release of the Chieftain vehicles in a few weeks. We do not intend to make any changes to the vehicles so if you have bought from Chieftain in the past you can be assured of the continued quality of the models. We also intend to add to the combined moderns range and welcome further suggestions for new vehicles. We would like to thank both Ian and Duncan for all the hard work they have put into Chieftain and wish them the very best with their next projects. We will have further announcements of new and re-released vehicles over the next few weeks. Richard and Laurence.

I wander the streets at night sucking the life force from poor unsuspecting passers by. Thou shalt know me by the passing of my shadow. Then shall you know the agony of dispair as I draw the warmth from your heart and the kindness from your soul. Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha I don't sleep much either.... and I take drugs. :)

I thought the cellars in your new house were for gaming, not for the confinement of the workforce for the mass production of Sloppy Industries' products....

Hey, I learnt my trade at Citadel you know. Now I have followed in the footsteps of previous illustrious gaming demagogues and have bought a big house in the country from which to plan world domination... or at least the next Partizan show

Thanks Mike, I have this constant feeling of guilt about the company as I can't dedicate as much time as I would like to it but have been spurred on recently by all the other changes and am hoping to get a lot of new stuff out over the next couple of months. more to follow cheers Tricks
