Tricks- 06-20-2009
Thanks Mike,
I have this constant feeling of guilt about the company as I can't dedicate as much time as I would like to it but have been spurred on recently by all the other changes and am hoping to get a lot of new stuff out over the next couple of months.
more to follow
cheers

Congratulations on this very nice acquisition!
Tricks- 06-20-2009
Thanks Richard. I may well be in contact shortly with an update of our releases both the modern stuff and the WW1/Interwar.
Prince of Darkness- 06-20-2009
Sounds good. Could you please expand your range of AWI/generic 18th century vehicles? Cheers.

Congratulations - it's a relief to see these fine models continuing to be made available. Now, before you take over the world, how about interwar and modern civillian vehicles in 1/56th? I'm talking buses and cars (but more lorries always welcome).

Ello mate
we will certainly do more modern civilian in 1/56th. We have the 'Civilian van' already (we are not allowed to call it by its proper name) and I want various cars and trucks to compliment the military stuff.
All the Interwar and WW1 stuff we do is in 1/48th. We do this because most of the figures that were avialble at the time we started (and most of them still available now) are on the large side of 28mm and we specifically scaled our vehicles to the Copplestone and Renegade ranges. The Great War stuff thaat has come out since is also on the large side so works well with that scale.
On the WW1 side we now have 3 variants of the 1912/1915 Fiat 15Ter on sale and have a load more stuff lined up to come out soon... if they ever let me go home from work.

Another vote for 18th Century/AWI stuff. A decent general's carriage with four-horse team, a pair of drivers, some passengers, and a couple of postillions would be nice.

RtL, I commissioned Brian Riglesford to make my coaches. Absolutely superb replica pieces. The drivers, the many variant passengers(male and female) etc I made. You should contact BR, at least it would be a one-off made to your own specification.

I'm embarrased to say I missed these being on sale :emb:
Now I know they're available, I need them.
Are you down at Bovvy?
Tricks- 06-22-2009
Don't be embarrassed. Our advertising is on the atrocious side of non existent as we don't really have the time to dedicate to SJ the resources we would like. There are lots of times when people say 'oh I didn't know you had that' and 99% of the time it is because there is almost no way they could know as we haven't advertised it.
Something (amongst many other things) I am trying to improve now my house move is over.
Unfortunately not at Bovvey as I am offshore but let me know what you want (as and when you want it, doesn't have to be now) and I will get a paypal invoice sent to you without the P&P to make up for us not being there.

Hope it all goes well. There's a bit of a change round in the hobby atm but it all bodes well for the future.
