Goat Thanks for the feedback. Actually I am like you in that reading off a screen is quite beyond my skills. I am just working on the next version of LFS and I have to keep printing it out to work on manually before then making the changes on screen. PDFs are very popular indeed. I'd say that current sales ratios are about one hard copy to every four pdfs sold (of products where there are both options). I know that in the US it is VERY cheap to take a download into a copy shop and have it printed and bound. By the way, I'll be posting your hard copies early next week when my man in the Post Office gives me the tip off that its best to send - probably Tuesday morning with a next day delivery ticket on it.

i'd never thought of checking the prices in a copy shop (i had only considered stressing out my own printer or thieving from my employer :) ) - i'll have to check out UK prices. Thanks for the feedback re postage - i was quite expecting there to be a delay due to the intervention of the forces of international socialism/heroes of the common man (delete according to preference)
