Hello all,
I would like to buy some terrain from these guys http://www.kobblestone.ca but they say on their website that they are temporarily stopping production. They stopped sometime in 2007 and it's been well over a year now and they haven't reopened for business.
I did send an email to ask when they will be opening but have not received a reply as of yet.
Just posting this on the offchance that anyone has any more specific info on them.

well I have received a reply to my email which i am posting here in the event that anyone else is interested:
Hi,
Sorry for the delay in responding, however because our shop is closed now we
are only checking for messages periodically.
We are hoping to be back in operation towards October. At that time we will be
concentrating more on terrain boards rather than buildings. We will keep your
message on file and contact you when we are back in operation.
Thanks for your interest and we look forward to working with you in the future.

lads just received a new email from them; apparently they are back in business. Trouble is I am not so keen to place an order anymore! ROFL

Hello from Kobblestone Miniatures...
We are finally ready to resume production and will be reopening our web
store the beginning of July. Due to our longer than expected closure, we
anticipate that we will be very busy with orders when we first announce our
reopening to the Public. We are contacting our previous customers as well
as people who have written to us during our closure to give them a heads up
about our return. Early orders received from these customers over the next
few weeks will be given preference.
Additions to our catalogue will be coming soon and we hope that you will
continue to check back with our website often to check out new products.
We greatly appreciate all the emails that we have received and the patience
that our customers have shown towards us during our closure. It was a long
steep slope for us to get back in operation, but please be assured that we
are back to stay. If we can be of any assistance to you, please contact us.

Be fair!!!! Being on WD3 as long as I have, I have learned that talking to oneself is the only way one can get a sensible reply out of you sorry lot!   |
